Frozen Beer Foam Keeps Your Brew Cool for Thirty Minutes
Harris Jay Rosenberg Alterman — April 4, 2012 — Lifestyle
The Japanese-based beer company Kirin has just announced its latest and greatest invention called Frozen Beer Foam. The product is exactly what it sounds like and it is quite shocking that it took mankind this long to invent something that beer enthusiasts around the world are longing for.
The frozen beer froth comes out of a soft serve machine and sits on top of a tall glass of beer. The beer foam is cooled by a process called frozen agitation which involves blowing air into the beer as it is stirred and chilled. The foam is chilled to be 23 degrees Fahrenheit which manages to keep the beer ice cold for thirty minutes.
Kirin has not yet released this product, but it will be available in Japan by May, 2012.
