For Friend Day 2018, foodora Teams Up with inkbox for Some Edgy Fun
On-demand food delivery company foodora celebrates Friend Day 2018 with a 2-for-1 special and tattoos. Torontonian besties will be able to celebrate the holiday by ordering Big Smoke Burger's signature dishes. In addition to the delicious meal offering, foodora partners up with Toronto startup inkbox — a company that provides the consumer with pain-free semi-permanent tattoos that last up to 18 days. For the special Friend Day 2018 promotion, the illustrations will depict classic food pairings — from wine and cheese to milk and cookies. The designs will be crafted by local tattoo artist Curt Montgomery.
Additionally, foodora will host a pop-up tattoo parlor in Montreal where foodies will have the opportunity to get permanently inked by Montgomery. Located at Barley - Bar à Céréales, the 'Taste Buds Tattoo Parlour' will ink you on the 28th when you show your receipt.
