PlayTray is a unique invention from Ania and Mateusz, young parents from Poland, who sought to create a clever food tray for kids that merges the task of eating with fun.
The proposed PlayTray designs that have been introduced to the world via a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign include four styles: Picnic, Basketball, Flowers and Football. Each tray has seven "fields" for food, as well as an additional storage compartment that is to be kept concealed until a child reaches the end of their meal.
Each of the built-in tray compartments take the form of arrows, which are pointed towards the final closed-off compartment. Printed on the bottom of these fields are the names of colors, words and other educational prompts that have the potential to make mealtime more engaging and entertaining.
