'FIFA Plus' is a recently launched streaming service from the FIFA organization. The service will offer users across mobile, web-based, and certain console devices, the ability to stream a wealth of soccer content for free. FIFA stated that the service will stream nearly 40,000 live matches per year across various leagues and categories around the world. In addition to the matches, FIFA Plus will be home to a large offering of original content.
The original content on FIFA Plus will range from biography-style documentaries on players' histories, to highlight reels on specific players or teams made into compilation videos. Lastly, the service will host FIFA matches and original works from the past in the 'Archived Content' section.
The entire breadth of content offered on FIFA Plus is free to access and is supported by pre-roll and mid-roll advertisements. There is currently no subscription tier for FIFA Plus.
