Nando's Launched the 'Extra Hot' Heat-Reactive Clothing Line

Nando's, the restaurant most known for its flavor-diverse spicy foods, announced the 'Extra Hot Collection,' a set of heat-reactive accessories and apparel. The collection includes five unisex items, a short sleeve tee shirt, a pair of socks, a sweatshirt, a long sleeve tee shirt, and a bucket hat.

Each item is available in five colorways that are named after the five flavor offerings on Nando's menu. This includes the 'Plain..ish,' 'Medium,' 'Hot,' 'Extra Hot,' and 'Lemon & Herb.' The colorways for each are muted, widely compatible colors such as a faded green-yellow, a gentle blue, or a soft salmon. The most attractive feature of the Extra Hot Collection, though, is that each item's colorway changes once exposed to heat from the sun, creating a totally different color palate.

The items in the Extra Hot Collection range from $18 USD for a pair of socks up to $50 USD for a sweatshirt and are available online from Nando's while supplies last.
