As a manager, letting someone go is rarely an easy thing to do, nor is determining which employees you should fire. Luckily Taskworld created an infographic for exactly this situation called 7 Types of Employees You Should Fire and Why. It defines employee characteristics and explains why some should terminated.
While some of the mentioned personality types are obvious -- The Usual Suspects include the guy who is stealing and the woman who isn't doing her job -- some of the types seem a little harsh as well. For example, insecurity is not a well-known fireable offence. However the infographic describes this persona by saying "the only good thing about an insecure person is that he is correct in his poor estimation of himself. Get rid of him."
