The Union of Security Employees, which represents the rights and interests of people working in the security industry in Singapore, has launched a brand new abuse-reporting app that is designed to make it easier for people working in private investigation, enforcement and screening capacities to go about reporting abuses that they may face at work.
Launched in the wake of a survey in which Union of Security Employees members identified a need for more streamlined and fair abuse-reporting processes, this abuse-reporting app allows users to add a higher degree of details about incidents, including location information and photos. It will also streamline the process of filing reports to police and authorities.
What's more, this abuse-reporting app also allows members to receive updates on the status of their complaints, allowing them to keep tabs on complaints processes and ensure that they are receiving just treatment and responses.
