EcoLunchBox makes green, sustainable lunch boxes, bags and containers to provide a unique and waste-free solution to taking food on-the-go.
As a certified green business and member of the One Percent for the Planet initiative, the company not only reduces the traditional amount of packaging waste and use of plastics used for lunches, but it also supports skilled artisans by using organic textiles.
Founder Sandra Ann Harris started the business to enable people to bring their lunch to school or work without having to rely on bulky, and potentially harmful, plastics and instead using bamboo utensils, stainless steel bento boxes and organic cottons. Each of the textiles used are created by Khatri craftsmen in a centuries old traditional style that helps to support the artistans while also relying on organic and sustainable materials.
