Blueland is known for its range of whole-home eco-friendly cleaning products and the brand recently launched its own eco dishwasher tablets. As Sarah Paiji Yoo, co-founder and CEO of Blueland, stated in a press release, "From the moment we launched, the number one product our customers have asked us for is dish soap and dishwasher tablets." The challenge for Blueland was to come up with a solution that wasn't wrapped in plastic, which would only add to waste streams.
The plastic-free tablets are fragrance-free and easy to pop in the dishwasher one at a time, as there's no need to unwrap individual pods. Notably, Blueland's new dishwasher tablets are Cradle to Cradle Certified by the MBDC.
