New York City's Copinette, a restaurant serving American cuisine with French influences, teamed up with gelato brand Talenti to create and share a limited-time Vanilla Bean Dirty Martini Sundae. The "Talentini" is a cocktail-inspired savory-sweet treat that builds on a base of Talenti's rich and creamy Madagascan Vanilla Bean Gelato with honey sauce infused with London gin and olive brine. The decadence doesn't stop there—the Dirty Martini Sundae is also topped with crumbled blue cheese, Castelvetrano olives and fresh lemon zest.
To bring this unconventional dessert to life, Talenti worked with mixology innovators from the Brooklyn-based hospitality group Muddling Memories. This gelato sundae debuted for National Gelato Day and offered a unique way for fans to satisfy cravings for surprise and delight.
