Architecture firm Woods Bagot created the new Continental Bank Building in Downtown Manhattan. The building features a unique take on the "New York City grit" aesthetic, using exposed brick, exposed pipes, raw concrete, raw columns and large windows. The design team used a black and white scheme to create a rustic look and added greenery all around the office to contrast the rough interior.
Filled with character, this office space has natural cracks in the concrete, created by natural aging and time. By using modern furniture and finishes in every large meeting room, office and common area, the Continental Bank Building offers a unique yet comfortable workspace, designed to inspire a positive work ethic.
