London-based design studio LOM architecture and design works on the new NatWest office located in London. The retail banking head office undergoes a series of refurbishments, transforming the old building into a modern space. It focused on creating a flexible workspace from sustainable efforts. The team decided to reduce their London offices from six down to only two.
The latest office is at 250 Bishopgate and the renovation kicked off before the pandemic a few years ago. Some of the most notable features include the new conference center seating 300 people on the ground floor and the new bank branch. There are also a plethora of meeting rooms, a tranquil garden and cafe in the atrium, a roof terrace, and flexible co-working hub.
