Scandinavian brand COS recently teamed up with design firm Snakitecture to put together a clothing store pop-up location that reflects the clean, minimalist and structured aesthetic of the wearables in the shop's overall design. Shoppers were then invented to enter a space that visually encapsulated the brand's personality as well as sold the brand's clothing.
The COS pop-up is located in L.A inside a shop known as Austere. The pop up featured floating racks of monochromatic clothing juxtaposed with gigantic silhouette cutouts of garments. The silhouettes add breaks into the large open space allowing shoppers to experience various parts of the layout while enjoying different perspectives. The dynamic also slowly reveals the space layer by layer rather than all at once creating a more interactive shopping experience.
