Reebok and EAMES Join Forces on New Classic Leather Shoes
Sportswear label Reebok works in collaboration with the EAMES office once again and this time around, the duo join forces to update the Classic Leather sneaker model for the season. Arriving just in time for Spring/Summer 2022, the monochrome look nods to the EAMES 'Colouring Toy' and 'Rosewood' artworks.
The Colouring Toy iteration has a white leather base foundation and 'angelic bottoms' with a blend of toy figures seen throughout the entire upper in a contrasting black. EAMES adds the text in replacement of the Reebok logo found at the midfoot section and the tongue boasts co-branding details. The second shoe is inspired by furniture as it has woodgrain patterns to reference the design language of the signature Molded Plywood Lounge Chair.
