This chili and grapefruit drink is an alcoholic beverage that combines spice with citrus. Created by Brandon Matzek from the blog Kitchen Konfidence, the Grapefruit Chile Spritz recipe uses a sweeter variety of grapefruit called Oro Blanco that's a mix between a white grapefruit and pomelo. A ruby red grapefruit or white grapefruit will also work, but you might need to add honey to take away some of the bitterness.
Other ingredients required to make the chili and grapefruit cocktail (other than the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice) are blanc vermouth, chilled soda water, fresno chili or jalapeno, honey syrup, St. Germaine elderflower liqueur and vodka. You can also add a strip of grapefruit zest for garnish.
