Potbelly is taking a signature recipe and turning it into a tasty new sandwich with the debut of its new Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich.

If you've never had it before, Chicken Cordon Bleu involves taking a chicken breast, pounding it until thin, and then rolling it with layers of ham and cheese. Now, Potbelly is recreating the French dish in sandwich form by serving all-natural grilled chicken, hickory smoked ham, melted Swiss cheese, and deli mustard on top of the brand’s toasted and hot signature bread.

But what's special about the new Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich is that you won't find it on the regular menu. Instead, the sandwich can only be found on the brand's Underground Menu, which is only available to Potbelly app users.
