Freshly collaborated with regional and national restaurant chefs to create series of chef-made meals that will be available for just a limited time. Chef's Special by Freshly will be available in early April and it helps to share the unique perspectives of chefs, as well as tell their stories during a time that has hit the restaurant industry hard.
As part of the series, Freshly customers will be able to order meals like Chef Jet Tila’s Kung Pao steak with basmati rice and toasted cashews and Chef Kristen Kish’s sliced beef brisket. The single-serve entrees are microwaveable for easy enjoyment.
Mike Wystrach, founder and chief executive officer of Freshly, notes that "In the past year, there’s been a steady increase in interest for craft and artisanal food from consumers looking to liven up their pandemic pantries."
