One of the newest high-end Chanel jewelry collections takes inspiration from an unusual source—the cereal grain wheat. Wheat was said to be a good luck charm to Coco Chanel, which is what initiated the creation of the stunning 62-piece 'Les Blés de Chanel' collection. The jewelry line is divided into four different categories, which separates wheat at different types of harvest at different seasons. These designs can be differentiated by the forms and colors, which get richer towards the "harvest." Some of the luxurious stones used include tourmaline, peridot and aquamarine, as well as diamonds to yellow sapphires.
One of the most standout pieces of the collection is the 18k white gold Légende de Blé necklace, which features well over 800 cut diamonds.
