Whole grains are commonly the main ingredient in cereal but Three Wishes Cereal is changing that with its better-for-you products, which take the form of low-sugar, grain-free cereal with protein. The free-from cereal products are offered in simple varieties like Cinnamon, Honey and Unsweetened, all of which are vegan-friendly and free from peanuts, rice, corn, soy and dairy, as well as oats and wheat.
The ultra-simple cereals are made with minimal ingredients—in the case of the Unsweetened variety, just chickpea, pea protein, tapioca and salt, while the other kinds are enhanced with organic cane sugar, natural flavors and monk fruit as a natural sweetener. In each serving, the grain-free cereals boast eight grams of protein and up to three grams of sugar, as the Unsweetened variety is entirely sugar-free.
