Anora Group, a leading beverage and distilled wine company, has unveiled its first-ever Irish whiskey called 'Carlow Counting Days,' which will be released under its newly launched Carlow brand in Sweden.
So far, Carlow has released three other products, including a popular botanical-infused spirit drink called Carlow Cuttings. In a similar format to Carlow Cuttings, Anora Group has said that it plans to release a range of "playful and innovative whiskey-based drinks from Ireland" using its newly produced Irish whiskey as a base.
Carlow Counting Days has been described as a light whiskey with a smooth, fruity taste, which Carlow achieved by aging the spirit for 1,097 days in ex-Bourbon barrels.
“Carlow wants to make whiskey more playful. With our first launch in Sweden, Carlow Counting Days, we present a whiskey with a soft and fruity taste, which gives a completely new whiskey experience. Carlow is a ‘new world of whiskey," said Senior Brand Manager, Oskar Johansson.
