The 'Carl N. & Margaret Karcher Founders' Scholarship' has opened its application process for 2022 by Carl's Jr.'s parent company CKE Restaurants, Inc. As mentioned in the Nation's Restaurant News article, Ned Lyerly, the chief executive officer of CKE Restaurants, stated that, "supporting communities where we operate is a hallmark of ours, and we look forward to awarding deserving young adults each year."
Post-secondary education is a big step and accomplishment for those applying and entering their first year and can be quite expensive. With this scholarship, ten recipients will be selected and given $10,000 to be put towards their tuition cost at a university of their choosing to help them achieve their dreams and unlock their potential.
