From Beer Brand Bursaries to Stress-Reduction Apps
Grace Mahas — November 25, 2023 — Social Good
Philanthropy has become more important to consumers -- especially in light of the global pandemic when suffering was more accurate for all -- and the November 2021 social good trends outline how various brands and companies are looking to give back.
Some notable initiatives that happened this month include non-profit NFT collections, atmospheric water harvesters, LGBTQI+-focused history guides, rare Black authors libraries, beer brand bursaries, and male-focused mental health campaigns. These projects encompass various important social issues that activists and allies have worked hard to raise awareness for.
Companies creating meaningful and authentic ways to give back to the community established a sense of trust with consumers, leading to increased brand awareness and consumer loyalty. As consumers continue to be more informed about social issues, we can expect more brands to take a greater role in philanthropic projects.
