The 2016 anime film Your Name, adapted and directed by Makoto Shinkai, was extremely popular in Japan, and the film has been the inspiration behind a unique new bus cafe tour in Japan.
The tour will take place for approximately two months (August and September), and is being made available alongside the release of the Your Name film on DVD. It will take participants through a tour across Tokyo, where they will visit all the locations that can be seen in the popular anime film. The bus cafe will recreate the food that characters in the film eat for attendees, and is an hour and a half long.
The Your Name bus cafe will gift each attendee one of eight Your Name coasters to take home with them at the end of the tour.
