The Burning Man 2020 is not going to be like previous editions. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the popular festival is among the many canceled ones but some designers and artists are refusing to throw the towel in with digital experiences.
Architect John Marx and artist Absinthia Vermut are debuting a museum-like pavilion for Burning Man 2020. It is titled 'Museum of No Spectators.' The digitization of the project allows individuals to preview what the structure would have been like should it have manifested physically. Users can click and move around, surveying the space, as well as viewing the artworks that are on display. In addition to this, individuals can also view Marx's previous work for Burning Man 2019.
