Tennessee Brew Works has launched a brand new imperial IPA that is designed to pay tribute to East Tennessee's Oak Ridge area, specifically its history as being a key production site for the Manhattan Project, which was focused on development of the atomic bomb.
Accordingly, this brew is dubbed the 'Secret City Imperial IPA.' As far as the beverage itself is concerned, this imperial IPA comes in at a robust 10 percent ABV and as many as 70 International Bitterness Units, making it a beer well-suited to experienced beer lovers. The beer offers notes of mango, stone fruit and pine wood, and has a strong body that is backed by a malty character and ends up with a crisply dry finish.
“This bold and resiny malty IPA, carefully curated by our brew team, serves as a warming elixir during the colder months,” stated Tennessee Brew Works founder Christian Spears.
