Starbucks is Set to Add a New Cortado & Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado

Starbucks is already looking ahead to the new year with a 2025 menu that includes unexpected new offerings like the Cortado and Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado.

If you're unfamiliar, a cortado is a Spanish cafe drink that combines espresso with a roughly equal amount of warm milk. Though a cortado is a common option on many cafe menus, it looks like soon you'll be able to order it at your local Starbucks too. As revealed by food blogger @markie_devo, Starbucks will be expanding its menu on January 2, 2025, to include a new Cortado made with three ristretto shots of Starbucks Blonde Espresso and steamed whole milk. The menu will also include the new Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado, which also features Starbucks Blonde Espresso, but with steamed oatmilk (instead of whole milk), cinnamon powder, and brown sugar syrup.
