This Times Square Best Buy e-cycle billboard drives home the message by delivering it in e-waste. Recycled electronics are mounted on the surface of the outdoor display to create the word "e-cycle." The rest of the display reads, "No matter where you bought it, we'll recycle it." The New York billboard replicates one that was displayed at CES 2010, Las Vegas, in January of this year.
While the Best Buy e-cycle billboard may not be the best use of old electronics, it certainly is a clever one. The outmoded gear can be e-cycled once the billboard is taken down.
