The Barra Cres House is a beachfront property in Coolum Beach, Australia designed by the Aboda Design Group and constructed by Fauna Home as a dwelling that will respond to the needs of inhabitants. The home is accented by a motorized facade that is capable of being manually adjusted to allow a customized level of sunlight into the home according to the preferences of the inhabitants. The facade is designed to manually adjusted thanks to a concealed counterweight system.
The Barra Cres House is accented on the interior by an array of modern design flair thanks to Zooi Design that includes black and white hues as well as a number of wood, stone and metal textures to enhance its timeless nature.
