Local design studio FGMG designs the Casa Brisa located in the town of Campinas by a sloped site. It is defined by transparent screens and metallic panels. This shelled exterior protects the home from the high temperatures around the area and various weather conditions. FGMF partner, Fernando Forte explains that "It is an investigation into the inside and outside, the covered and open, the union between gardens and architecture in a quiet way, using simple materials in an unconventional way."
The home has a concrete build and many openings that accommodate growing trees and allows for natural light to enter the home and garden. The ground floor has utility spaces and a hallway to the main living space with a seating section, kitchen, and dining room. Upstairs features three bedrooms with large windows and metal screens.
