The Keds x ace&jig Collection Has Four Styles & One Pair Per Size
Laura McQuarrie — April 25, 2019 — Eco
Keds and ace&jig collaborated on an extremely limited collection of artisanal sneakers that features fabrics that are handwoven by artisans in India with ancient wooden looms.
An immense amount of work pours into the creation of ace&jig's slow fashion textiles and Keds is celebrating this with just four footwear designs and only one pair per size of each style. The limited styles include the Anchor Celadon, Anchor Channel, Anchor Slip On Marine and the Anchor Slip On Hope, each of which features a precious textile that's durable for everyday wear.
While mainstream sneaker culture sees many people purchasing identical pairs of shoes from brands, the Keds x ace&jig collection challenges this notion, offering truly one-of-a-kind, limited-edition designs. Due to the nature of the collection, the collaborative footwear styles quickly went out of stock.
