Anthony Vincent Sings 'All I Want for Christmas' in 20 Different Styles
Vasiliki Marapas — December 3, 2014 — Pop Culture
It's almost Christmas, and you know what that means: Mariah Carey's classic holiday tune 'All I Want for Christmas is You' will be playing 24/7. It's the Christmas song to top all Christmas songs; the holy grail of holiday tunes, if you will, and you pretty much won't be able to listen to anything else for the next month. Not that we're complaining.
Anthony Vincent, creator of Ten Second Songs, has taken the liberty of experimenting with Carey's ballad, singing it in a whopping 20 different styles. Vincent borrowed liberally from the likes of Nat King Cole, Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, Blink-182 and even Alvin and the Chipmunks to create a "medley" of the song.
Vincent recently told Billboard that it can take up to a full day to nail each style -- talk about dedication!
