Designer Lee Broom introduces a look at the Alchemist collection, which is a series of lighting that centers around the idea of balance and interconnected nature. The lights are made with metal to form a unique sculptural form and it is inspired by Broom's own understanding of spirituality and mystical concepts. It explores the ideas of mythology, folklore, and astrology.
There are four lighting ranges in the capsule: Mythos, Gemini, Solstice, and King. It features pendant lights, wall sconces, and chandeliers. Broom speaks about the design's concept to Design Milk in an interview stating “It occurred to me that we designers and artists are also alchemists, physically creating something from nothing that has function, beauty, and purpose. These stories from mythology and folklore are rich with drama and intrigue. They are metaphors for life."
