Airbnb and Vice are Partnering to Offer Dynamic Travel Tours

Airbnb and Vice Media are collaborating to take the digital news source's dynamic concepts to the world of travel and tourism. The partnership is called 'VICE Experiences' and serves as another iteration of the lodging company's efforts to market experiences, instead of just a room.
The two companies are starting a contest that will award 100 people with a series of curated travel packages, all approved by the "edgy news source." The custom-made itineraries will take people through South Africa, Paris, New York or Tokyo. The travel packages being offered range from three days in Cape Town's electric music scene, to a tour of the LGBTQ culture of Tokyo.
The Vice-organized travel tours serve as an extension of Airbnb attempting to appeal to an experience-oriented Millennial market.
