Founded in 2011, Action For Elders strives to enhance the general well-being of seniors through exercise, healthy living and other methods. Aside from improving health and reducing fall rates, there is a psychological and mental component to the community interest company's (CIC) endeavors. By focusing on interaction, the organization counters isolation as well as creates an environment in which seniors can foster self-respect and independence.
