From Gladiator Spokesmen to Swagged Out Mommy Raps

Toyota car commercials reach far and wide in the company's quest to make the biggest impact on its audience. Traditionally, car commercials usually put the vehicle's performance on display by having a professional stunt driver perform manoeuvers on close course roads. In contrast, many of these Toyota car commercials show very little of the actual car's performance.
For instance, Toyota produced a print ad for the Toyota Curve that doesn't even include the car itself. Audiences unfamiliar with the model might not know what the car being advertised even looks like. Instead, they simply have a picture of a winding road and along the bend the guard rail has a hole in it. The idea is the car either entered or exited at the curve.
