One individual, Gareth Cash, was struggling to find work in the TV and film industry, so he decided to take matters into his own hands. Cash made a video CV (or cover letter I should say), through a compelling video that showcased all of his skills in the span of a few minutes. He got a job at SkyCreative in the end, and hasn't looked back since.
