This cluster of chopstick creations goes to show just how versatile these tapered sticks can be.
I was recently taught proper chopstick etiquette, which involves very stringent rules about not waving them around. However, these design concepts include some playful applications for the eating utensils. From a chopstick canoe to Chinese takeout lamps, these chopstick creations expand their use inside and outside of the culinary circle.
Implications - SECOND SENTENCE DANGLE
From chopsticks with gold flakes to toucan-inspired cutlery, chopsticks are becoming more creative as Western cultures integrate them into their eating lifestyle. By purchasing chopsticks that are unique in design, the consumer has a better chance of matching their home decor as well as regular utensils.
