From Psychedelic Drink Promotions to Trippy Author Advertisements

In an increasingly saturated media environment where ads are literally everywhere -- on our TV screens, websites, billboards, text messages and telephones -- embracing psychedelic imagery is one way for brands to make their ad campaigns and products stand out in the crowd.
The psychedelic art movement may owe its origins and original inspiration to the ingestion of hallucinogens, but psychedelia has expanded way beyond its subcultural roots and has become very much a part of the mainstream, be it in visual art, music videos or of course ad campaigns.
Psychedelic ad campaigns are, by their very definition, extremely eye-catching. This makes them memorable and thought-provoking and assists in extending the lifespan of their product in viewers' memories.
