Now that carp fish have been banned from some pedicure salons for health reasons (how do you disinfect the water where the fish live?), it's time to take a look at other silly medical-related “breakthroughs†that are as outrageous as getting dead skin devoured off your tootsies by dozens of itty-bitty fishies.
