The White House Features a Fluid Interior Plan

President Barack Obama may not live here, but this In2-designed residence has still been dubbed the 'White House.' Located in the Melbourne suburb of Beaumaris, the home was designed for a young family who wanted a space with a timeless design.

The architects' focused on ensuring the home was fully functional, catering to the needs of a young, growing family and their busy lifestyle. However, the aesthetics were not compromised by the home's functionality, lying in perfect harmony with the utilitarian elements.

The basement level accommodates for the natural dip in the land, allowing the upper levels to have better access to the beautiful parkland views. The entrance lies at the building's side, allowing the living zones an open and fluid arrangement.
