Warner's Distillery introduces the Spiced Botanical Rum, featuring the key ingredient: bee-friendly dandelion. Grown on the distillery's farm, this ingredient adds a floral taste and vibrant hold color to the liquid.
This distinctive Spiced Botanical Rum is crafted using a white Caribbean rum base, enriched with roasted dandelion root, overripe brown bananas that would otherwise go to waste, discarded orange peel, and a blend of spices including smoky black cardamom, cinnamon, and pink peppercorn. Following the distillation process, more roasted dandelion root is added, along with orange peel, cassia, and sarsaparilla.
"In true Warner’s style we’re crafting innovative flavours from nature while also creating the most amazing tasting spirit. We’re all very proud of where we’ve ended up with our first-born rum – uniquely spiced by the British countryside. We love it and we can’t wait to see what you think," said Warner's Distillery's co-founder, Tom Warner.
