Burgerville is Serving Up a Walla Walla BBQ Cheeseburger

Burgerville is putting the spotlight on Walla Walla Onions this month with two fresh seasonal items: the Walla Walla BBQ Cheeseburger and the Walla Walla Onion Rings.

For those unfamiliar, Walla Walla onions are a large, juicy variety of onion that's known for its sweet and mild that becomes even sweeter when cooked. Walla Walla Onions are a staple of the Pacific Northwest, which is why Burgerville is making them a star ingredient for the summer.

Burgerville's new Walla Walla BBQ Cheeseburger takes roasted onions right from Walla Walla Washington and pairs them with Local Country Natural Beef, a tangy BBQ sauce, melted Face Rock Aged White Cheddar, house-made coleslaw, and creamy mayo. On the other hand, the Walla Walla Onion Rings consist of Sweet Walla Walla onions bathed in a tangy buttermilk batter and breaded with crunchy panko.

Both of the seasonal offerings are available starting July 2, 2024.
