Wagamama and Fable have partnered to provide diners in the UK with several mushroom-based dishes that prioritize a flavor-forward experience with no meat in the mix. The dishes are each crafted with Fable's Pulled Shiitake product, and includes two vegan-friendly options including the Pulled Shiitake Koyo Bowl and the Pulled Shiitake Crispy Otsumami. The restaurant is also offering two vegetarian-friendly options including the Edamame, Truffle and Pulled Shiitaki Gyoza and the Crispy Pulled Shiitake Saku Saku Soba.
