Foodys Factory, a Spain-based company that specializes in the advent of vegan food products, has launched an innovative new vegan foie gras that is designed to function as a meat-free and guilt-free alternative to conventional foie gras, which is made of the liver of ducks and geese that are fattened through force-feeding.
This particular vegan foie gras is made out of solely plant-based products and is said to do an excellent job mimicking the flavor, aroma, appearance and unique tactile qualities of real foie gras. The product is set to be made available in retail locations around Spain in the format of a 150-gram jar.
"Our high-performance R&D teams have enabled us to launch a product of unrivaled quality, made with all the guarantees," stated Susana Grocin, director of Foodys Factory.
