French multinational dairy company Lactalis has announced the launch of an all-new, post-workout beverage brand in the United States called UP2U RECOVER. Designed for fitness fanatics and athletes, the new recovery-focused drinks are made using Lacatilis' PRONATIV native whey protein, which the company says is protein in its purest and most potent form.
In addition to the protein, the beverages contain a formula consisting of carbs and electrolytes, both of which work to stimulate muscle recovery when consumed 30 minutes after exercise. Luckily, for those avoiding dairy, UP2U RECOVER is entirely lactose-free and incredibly easy to digest.
"Consumers can use UP2U Recover products to help embrace a healthy lifestyle, balancing fitness needs and hectic daily life," says Jean-Luc Bruandet, president and chief executive officer, Lactalis American Group.
