The wellness offering aims to inspire members to adopt sustainable daily healthy habits. This initiative emphasizes consistent small changes in movement, meals, and mindfulness rather than drastic New Year’s resolutions. Centr Circuit: Elevate offers a six-week regimen designed to enhance strength and mobility through a variety of workouts accessible at home or in the gym via the Centr app. The program includes integrated breathwork for warm-ups and cooldowns, eliminating the need for separate mindfulness sessions.
The Centr app also provides expert advice on functional training, new recipes, and nutrition plans to complement the total body optimization that the program promises.
