Popular anime and manga series Tokyo Revengers and fashion brand mastermind JAPAN released a unique apparel and collectibles capsule that draws from the themes of the anime series. The release of the capsule comes from Ken Wakui's manga series reaching its finale, which was serialized in 2017. The series' story follows Hanagaki Takemichi waking up 12 years into the past after living an unsatisfying life until his death. He tries to prevent a bleak future as well as the eventual fate of his friends.
The collaboration capsule contains an original logo combining its skull motif with the dragon tattoo of one of the characters from the series, Draken. There are custom graphics across the baseball jackets, hoodies, and three variations of oversized tees that feature the calligraphy text following the anime series' theme of Toman's bosozoku clan jackets. In addition to connecting with Bandai Namco, there is a set of six-inch vinyl figures of the Hanagaki Takemichi, the Toman leader Mikey, and Draken. The unique collaboration capsule is set to release in April.
