On a mission to "educate and inspire" consumers about the joys of plant-based foods, The Vreamery founder Jennifer Golden named cheese as one of the hardest foods to give up when she went vegan. "I started learning from the vegan cheese leaders online at YouTube University and began playing with nuts and cultures." said Golden.
