The Hingie Shop By Hinge Sells Merch That Celebrates "Delete Day"

Tons of brands are creating their own limited-edition merchandise shops and dating app Hinge is getting in on the action with The Hingie Shop. Last year, Hinge introduced a mascot called Hingie that continually sacrifices itself for love and helps to drive home the message that the app is "designed to be deleted." Based on this idea, The Hingie Shop is full of items that are designed to be destroyed, including mascot-shaped piñatas, marshmallows for roasting and bath bombs for dissolving.

Hinge is also encouraging couples to celebrate their "delete day" by purchasing giftable items from the shop. Of course, there are also a handful of items for romantics like ring boxes, stuffed animals and 14-carat gold necklace with real diamonds.
