Silverleaf's Texture Is Everything Collection Explores the Feel of Drinks

Texture Is Everything is the name of a new cocktail menu at East London cocktail bar Silverleaf and it shares 13 cocktails that explore the intersection of texture, mixology and design for unique sensorial experiences.

In the Delicate category, drinkers will find cocktails made with softer, gentler ingredients, such as the Blueberry Orris crafted with Ketel One as a fruitier interpretation of the classic Old Fashioned. In the Effervescent section, there are cocktails like Melon Fig Leaf, prepared with Grey Goose, cantaloupe, Fino Sherry and a sea vegetable garnish. Other sections include Tannic, Smooth, Creamy and Rich, plus Golden Serve cocktail and Signatures.

Drinks on Silverleaf's Texture Is Everything menu are presented on specially crafted textured embossed paper with abstract watercolor designs by London-based designer Ladina Brunner.
